In May 2025, we had the opportunity to craft a high-detail architectural model for Prestige Group—one of India’s leading real estate developers. Designed for their premium Willow Residences project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, this model was developed at a 1:250 scale to accurately capture the site's scale, massing, and visual rhythm.
The model served as a strategic communication tool for both investors and city stakeholders, offering a tangible walkthrough of the residential towers, podium levels, and shared open spaces—well before a brick was laid.
Scale Precision with Real-World Impact
Created using a combination of architectural drawings, CAD files, and elevation references, this model balances form and function. From tower articulation to podium detailing, every component was engineered for accuracy. The subtle facade layering and spacing reflected realistic setbacks and design contours, which helped the client demonstrate visual impact across different plot boundaries.

With Prestige Willow targeting premium urban buyers, our goal was to amplify visual clarity in design presentations. Through color-coded massing and realistic block placements, the model conveyed zoning strategies and pedestrian flow, making complex layouts easy to understand for sales teams, consultants, and municipal officers alike.
