In May 2025, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Indiabulls Real Estate to create a scale model (1:250) of their upcoming commercial office tower project in Mumbai. The project called for a clean, monochrome model to highlight the vertical massing, facade modularity, and core configuration of the high-rise tower—ideal for both design communication and investor previews.
Crafted with accuracy and efficiency, this architectural model served as a powerful tool to present the development’s vision in boardroom settings and real estate exhibitions.
Clean Geometry with Functional Detailing
The model focused on showcasing key features such as floor plate segmentation, core positioning, and façade rhythm—critical aspects when discussing workspace distribution, HVAC planning, and vertical transportation zones.
Despite the minimalist material palette, the model offered exceptional clarity on tower articulation, setback treatments, and the L-shaped podium structure anchoring the site.

The Indiabulls tower model was not just about aesthetics—it acted as a strategic sales and planning tool, enabling the team to communicate FAR optimization, parking access, service core efficiency, and elevation massing during critical planning stages.
The clean white model also enhanced the visibility of glazing voids, terrace breaks, and facade layering without any distraction from material finishes—making it ideal for technical reviews, approvals, and funding pitches.
