In June 2025, we collaborated with Shapoorji Pallonji, one of India’s most trusted infrastructure conglomerates, to create a precision-engineered architectural model for their upcoming high-rise residential tower in Gurgaon. Developed at a scale of 1:250, this physical model brought the design to life—showcasing the tower’s elevation massing, façade articulation, and podium configuration.
Built as a decision-making aid, this model enabled smoother internal reviews, boardroom presentations, and investor showcases—reducing abstraction and increasing clarity across all stakeholders.
Model Accuracy That Matches Architectural Intent
The model was crafted using detailed architectural drawings and elevation sections, ensuring true-to-scale proportions. Each component—be it the tower core, podium structure, or facade fenestration—was carefully mapped to match the design documents.
We implemented color-coded facade elements to help differentiate visual components like balconies, glazing, and vertical breaks. Even at this scale, the design’s key intent was preserved with integrity.
Enhancing Client Communication with Miniature Precision
Shapoorji Pallonji’s internal design and planning teams used the model to present mass zoning strategies, understand pedestrian access, and visualize shadow casting and scale balance. These use-cases not only enhanced internal confidence but also helped align city-level approvals and marketing pre-launch activities.
